Julian & Roman Wasserfuhr are among the most renowned young jazz musicians in Germany. As teenagers they had already recorded their highly regarded debut album “Remember Chet” and set out across the German jazz landscape. The soul-kinship between Julian (trumpet) and Roman (piano) has created an inseparable pair, wonderfully enhancing their performance. The trust between the brothers has lent their music a relaxed and unforced quality and enabled them to create their own, characteristic, warm, melodic and atmospheric “Wasserfuhr sound.” Amongst others, Julian & Roman have been distinguished with the Golden German Jazz Award.
