The aim of the Summer School in Banking and Capital Markets, promoted by the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (Milan) and the European Banking Institute, is to provide young researchers with mentoring as well as with exposure to cutting‐edge research in banking and capital markets law. Participants will have the opportunity to present their own research projects and to discuss them with leading researchers in a relaxed and constructive atmosphere.
In addition, senior academics, policy-makers and practitioners in the field will conduct interactive workshops on current developments and research in or with relevance for financial law.
