In over thirty years of activity, Villa Vigoni has played the role of publisher many times: from the magazine “Villa Vigoni Comunicazioni/Mitteilungen”, published for almost a decade from 1998, to the series “Localia”, which includes editions on the history of places and the Mylius-Vigoni family…
The Vigoni Papers of the German-Italian Centre for the European Dialogue offer impressions and reflections that are the result of ongoing research. They pose questions of German-Italian relations in the European context to scholars as well as to a broader public. Starting from political, historical, economic and social perspectives, the aim of this series is to enrich current scientific and cultural debates between Italy and Germany for a common Europe.
The Vigoni Insights are (scientific) contributions and publications of the Villa Vigoni staff in various media.
The Aurora series was designed as a scientific forum for international research. It focuses on some aspects of European culture in terms of its Italian-German and multidisciplinary declension over a wide range of time from antiquity to the present. The series collects monographic studies and is published by Franz Steiner Verlag in electronic and printed form.

The 4 issues of the journal Vigonianae were published in 2010/11 and were intended for readers interested in politics and cultural-historical topics. Divided into four sections, it began with an in-depth look at a current topic of German-Italian relations, then devoted itself to new European challenges, the history of the two cultures and finally gave an insight into the activities of Villa Vigoni.
