Brevi note sul discorso di Olaf Scholz a Praga il 29 agosto 2022

The aim of this short essay is to identify and highlight the assumptions and developments in European policy that emerged from the speech given on 29 August 2022 by the Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany, Olaf Scholz, at the Carolina University in Prague.
Olaf Scholz seizes the opportunity to confirm his plans for EU reform, the Prague speech seeming to anticipate and favour a strategy strengthening continental cooperation beyond the current institutional levels.
