"Italy-Germany, that's Amore!" at Europe City Milano

Villa Vigoni will be taking part in the first Europe City Milano (ECM), a "scattered" festival where people will discuss the Europe that exists and, even more so, the Europe that does not yet exist, but which is much needed. Europe City Milano will take place from 9 to 13 May 2019 and will involve the entire city of Milan, giving everyone the opportunity to participate by contributing to its content and venues. It has published an open invitation on its website to become part of this new collective storytelling experiment.

Villa Vigoni will be taking part in ECM with an initiative that will take place at 6 p.m. on 11 May 2019 at and with the support of the Società d'Incoraggiamento d'Arti e Mestieri (SIAM 1838) in Milan and with the patronage of the Consulate General of the Republic Federal of Germany in Milan, the Goethe-Institut Mailand and the Deutsche Schule Mailand.

The programme listing the initiative guests is available here and you can check out the Facebook event here. The panel will be followed by a German-Italian speciality tasting session with musical accompaniment.

Please reserve your seat by sending an email to segreteria@villavigoni.eu by Wednesday 8 May 2019.

What is more, also during Europe City Milano, Villa Vigoni will be sponsoring the presentation of the book by Prof. Antonio Padoa-Schioppa "Perché l’Europa. Dialogo con un giovane elettore". The presentation will take place at 5:30 p.m. on Friday 10 May 2019 in the European Parliament Conference Room (Corso Magenta, 59 - Milan). Please reserve your seat by emailing epmilano@europarl.europa.eu
