International conference on Trade Policy in the EU

The international conference "What is 'progressive'?  Trade Policy in the 21st Century", promoted by Villa Vigoni in collaboration with the Foundation for European Progressive Studies (FEPS), gives experts the opportunity to discuss new approaches to trade policy in the 21st century.

The  round tables will tackle issues such as inclusion and equity in the age of globalisation, with specific attention on how the European Union can approach major global players like China. From environmental issues to labor rights and agriculture: the challenges trade policy has to face are numerous and will remain so also in the future.

In order to develop efficient and innovative solutions for society, Villa Vigoni provides a platform of discussion encompassing politics and science.
