Thanks to the generous support of the German-Italian Centre Villa Vigoni, the anthology "Imperium Romanum. Romanization between Colonization and Globalization", edited by Oscar Belvedere (Università degli Studi di Palermo) and Johannes Bergemann (Georg August Universität Göttingen), has been published.
It emerged from the 2019 colloquium "Imperium Romanum: Romanization between Colonization and Globalization" at Villa Vigoni as part of the "German-Italian Cooperation in the Field of Humanities and Social Sciences", a programme funded by the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) and Villa Vigoni to support the Italian-German relations in research, education and culture in a European spirit.
