ABSTRACT
Basil of Caesarea’s Homilies are of special importance for Greek Patristic literature. Currently, projects for a critical edition of the Homilies on the Psalms and the so-called Moral Homilies are in preparation. The conference will focus upon selected passages of text, important manuscripts, fundamental problems of the critical editions, and the possibilities offered by Digital Humanities. It seeks to bring together younger scholars from Italy, France, and Germany who are working on Basil.
