Our research on third sector law invites reflection on the functioning of the social enterprise. The permanent and principal exercise of a non-profit activity of general interest and for civic, solidarity and socially useful purposes characterises the social enterprise and leads to an in-depth study of the relationship between commercial activities and non-profit purposes.
lt is important to reflect on the governance of socia! enterprises and the role of volunteering within them. In-depth analysis of issues related to social budgeting, non-financial reporting and the study of impact achieved by social enterprises is also central. Our studies will take into account comparative and international considerations.
