#1– The first edition of the online Euro-Talk was with Daniel Gros (Member of the Board and Distinguished Fellow at the Centre for European Policy Studies) and Mateusz Szczurek (Member of the European Fiscal Board; lead EU economist, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development; adjunct professor at the University of Warsaw and former Polish Minister of Finance 2013-2015) about the proposals to modify the European budgetary rules formulated in the Annual Report of the European Fiscal Board.
