Presidents
The association has two presidents, one German and one Italian. Well known, prominent figures who have a good knowledge of the two ‘official languages’ of Villa Vigoni are elected to this office. The presidents are at the head of the organisation and represent it.

The Secretary General represents the association as sole executive board member; the most important areas of responsibility in carrying out the office include programme and budget planning, personnel management and maintaining external relations.

The ‘Communications’ department is responsible for documenting Villa Vigoni´s work through the media and thus making it visible. This includes the continuous updating of the website as well as the social media presence.

Administration and legal matters
The administrative and legal department is responsible for all administrative tasks, including the budget and property management of Villa Vigoni. The modernisation of the administrative sphere is part of the ‘strategic plan’, the implementation of which began in 2021.
