“The European response to new global challenges: the realignment of power, economy and security” is the title of this year’s Vigoni Forum for Students, which takes place at Villa Vigoni from 8 to 12 September.
The 14th edition of the German-Italian forum addresses European security in the context of new geopolitical dependencies, the common defence of democratic values and the economic competitiveness of the Union in the new world order.
We are delighted to welcome Clionadh Raleigh (ACLED), Ulrich Schlie (University of Bonn), Johannes Gerken (University of Magdeburg), Philipp-Leo Mengel (Bocconi University) and Nikolaus Koliusis (visual artist) as speakers, among others.
The forum offers students in various disciplines from Germany and Italy the opportunity to exchange ideas on key issues for the future of Europe in an international and intergenerational environment.
This initiative is sponsored by the Circle of the Friends of Villa Vigoni. Participation is reserved for selected applicants and takes place behind closed doors.
