Vigoni Journalists’ Meeting

In the European context, there is a great need for an exchange between the public opinions of the different European countries. The differences, unique features, and shared aspects of public cultures as well as the media landscape in Europe should be better understood and connected. Villa Vigoni therefore promotes meetings on current issues between representatives of important Italian and German media, in order to meet this need. The aim of the journalists’ meeting is to provide a German-Italian forum for discussions about the information and communication media, their audiences and the relationship between the media and politics.
