The conference, which takes place every two years, will once again be attended by representatives from academia and labour law practitioners (judges, solicitors and association representatives) from various European Union member states, who will discuss changes in the legal situation at European level and the implementation of ECJ case law in a national context. The presentations given will be published in specialist literature.
