“Re-Konstruktionen” is a cooperative project between the German Historical Institute in Rome and Villa Vigoni, funded by the BMBF. Through historical case studies and current policy areas under significant transformational pressure (such as energy policy), the project explores how societies reorganize in and after crises, building on the past while also fostering radical new innovations.
